Our Hot Sauces are made with our spirits or aged in our barrels. They are made with Vermont grown ingredients and have amazing flavor. We have three different types. The Elderflower Ghost Pepper is made with our Dunc’s Elderflower Rum. The Smoked Jalapeno is aged in our oak barrels after our Backwoods Reserve Rum is harvested. Lastly, our Maple Chipotle is made with our Dunc’s Maple Rum.
