Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum

Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum is a triple distilled white rum, fermented and distilled from 100% cane sugar. After the third distillation, natural spring water is added to achieve the perfect proof. Due to our unique process and custom distilling equipment, this is a very smooth and robust rum, perfect for all your classic Rum cocktails or sipping on a bit of ice with some citrus!
Cocktails
2 oz Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum
1 oz Mango Puree
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Grenadine
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Combine the rum, mango puree, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled clear glass, top off with club soda. Drizzle grenadine in a circle around the inside of the glass and wait for it to settle on the bottom.
St. Jay Sunset
2 oz Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
Hemmingway Daiquiri
2 oz Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz cream of coconut
.5 oz Blue Curacao
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with an orange wedge.
The Blue Pearl
2 oz Pirate Dan’s Vermont Rum
4 oz Cola
Fresh lime wedge
Mix the rum and cola in a highball glass with ice, squeeze a fresh lime wedge in and stir.
