Vermont Vodka

We are fermenting 100% Vermont Maple Syrup from several local Sugarbush and distilling that maple mash four times into a clear spirit. With each distillation we are able to isolate a higher quality alcohol, and the final products incredible smooth profile speaks for itself.  A silky mouthfeel with a clean, smooth, slightly sweet finish- perfectly balanced. Best enjoyed served chilled on its own, or in one of our creative drink suggestions listed below!


Cocktails

Classic Martini

2 oz Vermont Vodka

.5 oz dry vermouth

1 dash orange bitters

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Stirring a martini gives it a velvety smooth texture, while shaking a martini will dilute and chill it more quickly.

For a dry martini, use less Vermouth or do a Vermouth “rinse” (swirl the vermouth around the inside of the serving glass and then drain).

For a dirty martini, add your desired amount of olive juice while mixing and garnish with stuffed olives instead of lemon.

Vermont Cosmo

2 oz Vermont Vodka

1.5 oz Cointreau

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

1 oz Cranberry juice

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled and diluted. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel or twist.

Grandma’s Porch

1.5 oz Vermont Vodka

2.5 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

.75 oz Mary’s Hibiscus liqueur

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake gently until ingredients are mixed. Garnish with an orange slice and some edible flowers! (Our Hibiscus liqueur is only available in limited batches during the summer season, try in with our Elderflower Rum instead, or any other herbal/floral liqueur you might have on hand!)
