Dunc’s Maple Rum

A true taste of Vermont. An intricate balance of real maple from the surrounding hills that will tickle your tastebuds. Not too strong and not too sweet!

This is our flagship product.  We are partnered with a local sugary that supplies us with all the Vermont maple syrup for this rum.  The maple flavor profile is softer and more subtle than our Dark Maple Rum, with a light buttery finish.  It is great for sipping neat, on ice, or in cocktails!

Slam Dunc

2 oz Dunc’s Maple Rum

4 oz Ginger Beer

Fresh lime wedge

Mix all your ingredients in a highball glass with ice, stir and squeeze a wedge of fresh lime. Simple and refreshing!

Love Buzz

1 oz Dunc’s Maple Rum

.75 oz Vermont Vodka

.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur

1 oz cold brew coffee or espresso mix

.25 oz simple syrup

Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until well chilled and diluted, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and enjoy!

VT Apple Pie

1 oz Dunc’s Maple Rum

1 oz Brendan’s Spiced Rum

2 oz Apple Cider

.25 oz lemon juice

.25 oz cinnamon simple syrup

Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until well chilled and diluted, then strain into a glass with ice and rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Optional garnish, dehydrate some apple slices!

To make the cinnamon simple syrup, combine equal parts cane sugar and water into a saucepan, bring to a low boil and add a few cinnamon sticks. Let simmer for a few minutes then remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 mins.
